The aim is to introduce the world culture, Turkish Culture, customs and traditions to all the people who work for culture and live in culture and have the mood of the musician and the dancer.

 

GONEN INT. CHILDREN FOLKLORE FESTIVAL. Istanbul Turkiye Harman Folklore &Youth Sport Club organisation would like seeing your dance group in BALIKESIR GÖNEN TOWN  TURKIYE. Gönen town between Canakkale, Balýkesir and Bandýrma city. International folk festival, which will be held 19 -24 April in 2011. We are willing to organise, expand this International folklore festival every year and would like to see different cultures from all over the World.

 

Balikesir Gonen international children folklore festival   will arrange 19 -24 April 2011 in GONEN / BALIKESIR We will invite 3 country folklore, brass band or modern dance groups. All children will stay School host family( per families will give two dancers) , group leaders and musicians (max. 6 adults) will stay Thermal hotel in GONEN. We just remind you if there more people than 6 adults , this time each adult has to pay her or his staying in hotel which is 20 euro around daily.  If you want to join our children festival please send us application form and your Group info.

 

Now we would like to let you know about festival conditions;

 

Organization fee is per person 30 Euro totally. You have to pay this cost at the first day of the festival to one of Harman responsible person who will be join during the festival period. Payments will be in cash. We can accept max 45 people including two bus drivers and min.  Group’s dancer ages must be 7- 12 years old.  Regarding festival rules  if Group comes more than 35 people two  leaders  are free and if Group is coming by their own bus, two bus drivers are free, too .

 

GONEN  municipality  festival committee  will provide  accommodation and three meals .The participant groups must pay their own travel expenses from their Country to festival place and return. If group is coming by bus Festival Municipality organization committee will give 250 Litter Gasoline the last day of the festival.

 

Now we are sending you application form, if you are AGREE and ACCEPT the conditions, please fill up the Application form and sent it back to us with attachment file A.S A.P

 

In all case we would like to remind you that, this is not legal invitation. After having all groups necessary promotion materials (group photos and short description by e-mail) , ( BY FAX 00 90 216 346 13 08 OR BY E-MAIL). Festival organization selection committee will choose the participation groups, after we will send to the groups their Official  invitations.
