The aim is to introduce the world culture, Turkish Culture, customs and traditions to all the people who work for culture and live in culture and have the mood of the musician and the dancer. BALIKESIR SINDIRGI city will arrange two international folklore festival in 2010.
Sindirgi international children folklore festival will arrange 19 -24 April 2011 in SINDIRGI/ BALIKESIR We will invite 5 country folklore, brassband or modern dance groups. All children will stay School host family, group leadres and musicians will stay Thermal hotelin Sindirgi.. If you want to join our children festival please contact us.
Sindirgi XI.International ADULT folklore festival will arrange 14-19 SEPTEMBER 2011 in SINDIRGI/ BALIKESIR We will invite 8 country folklore, brassband or modern dance groups.All group will stay University Dormitory ( Rooms 4-5 people). İf you group will arrive by plane ( Istanbul Airport) We will arrange transportation.SINDIRGI 2009 PARTICIPATED
GENERAL INFORMATION
Festival organization committee will provide one English speaking guide to each group. All performances must be to live music or playback CD too. .The festival Committee is not responsible for any hesitate for any thefts or losses occurring while the group is moving or during activities. The groups should bring their own national two flags, banners for the ceremonies. Groups have to send us their all necessary documents such as their recently presentation CD or video cassette, a short brief about their background, their previously activities in abroad. During the festival there will be four times gift exchanges. Group will performance 15-20 minute.
TRANSPORTATION : The participant groups must pay their own travel expenses from their Country to Turkey and return. If group is coming by bus , Festival Municipality organisation committee will give to the groups free Gasoline only from Sindirgi town Municipality petrol station 250 Lt. İf you group will arrive by plane ( Istanbul Airport) We will arrange free transportation.
