FRANCE ANNECY TURKISH WEEKS                     

TRABZON / BESIKDUZU Istanbul Turkiye Harman Folklore &Youth Sport Club organisation would like seeing your dance group in TRABZON / BESIKDUZU town ( BLACK SEA)   City International folk festival, which will be held 16-21 MAY  in 2008. BESIKDUZU town   is 50 KM before Trabzon City, it is near the seaside and has lovely beach.We are willing to organise, expand this International folklore festival every year and would like to see different cultures from all over the World.

  Now we would like to let you know about festival conditions;

BESIKDUZU municipality  festival committee  will provide  accommodation University dormitory and three meals .The participant groups must pay their own travel expenses from their Country to Turkey and return. If group is coming by bus Festival Municipality organisation committee will give  300 Litter Gasoline.

If group travel by plane and arrive to Istanbul airport, a bus will be hire for all ground transportation’s and group will pay this cost.We can accept max 40people including two bus drivers. Group’s dancer ages must be older than 15 years old.

Now we are sending you application form, if you are AGREE and ACCEPT the conditions, please fill up the form and sent it back to us with attachment file A.S A.P

In all case we would like to remind you that, this is not legal invitation. After having all groups necessary promotion materials (group photos and short description by e-mail) till the end of 30 March 2008 ( BY FAX OR BY E-MAIL) .festival organisation selection committee will choose the participation groups, after we will send to the groups their Official Invitations                                             

If you are intent to stay more days in ISTANBUL, you must let us know before your coming here than according your desire we can make some organisations.
