The aim is to introduce the world culture,Turkish Culture,customs and traditions to all the people who work for culture and live in culture and have the mood of the musician and the dancer.To acknowledge the peopleand the dancesof the different foreign countries with this aim.İn this seminar the goal is to meet various and bring people together for peace,friendship and love.
We would be happy to welcome your ensemble in our wonderfull city İstanbul
and all together yo form the beginning of new friendship to make an

These information’s are
not a legal invitation. The festivals committee chooses the group who would like
to participate to the festival until the date in February . If the number of the
groups are too much the remaining groups is going to participate for the next
year.

E-mail) with a history of the group, other festivals in which you have
participated and any awards won, information about your dances, costumes,
and so forth.
It is important that photographs sent be suitable for reproduction in
publications such as magazines and newspapers.
A video tape is also required by the Selection Committee.
